Witnessing Time
The book was developed to serve as an integrated tracking system through its grid systems, inspired by a calendar designed by Heinrich Lefler and Joseph Urban in 1899. The book features various artworks created by artists who explored tracking time through their projects.

Complete Incomplete
The concept of complete but incomplete was derived from how people find a sock from their pairs mysteriously disappearing. The book mimics how, even though a sock could still work individually, it works optimally when paired.

This book is a collaborative project with six other designers. Each designer had 16 pages with a representative color that was used to underpin the concept for the design.
The concept of my design was ‘growth’, which derived from the color green. Not only did the concept underpin the content and the grid systems of the spreads, but it was also embodied throughout my editorial process.

Names We Carry
Names We Carry was one of several collaborative projects with fellow designer Chia-Yu ‘Erin’ Ho, operating under a collective called Spring Tides.
This project explores the phenomenon of majority and minority in our social lives. Beginning with larger social issues related to the tension of living as both a majority and a minority, we use a microscopic approach to understand this phenomenon in our daily lives through how we adjust our names in different environments.

SketchQuilt
SketchQuilt was a collaborative project with fellow designer Hannah Kim.
This project aimed to design interactive gamification tools that bridge collaboration and creative inquiry. Inspired by the Battleship board game and a popular drawing game from Indonesia, this tool combines elements from both into a communal drawing tool that can facilitate discussions and brainstorming. In addition, the words in each axis can be adjusted depending on the discussion’s topic.
